Renee's is a ladies clothes shop that sells all different brands to suit the young and more mature lady. They are always very helpful and if you have a wedding this year, going on holiday, or just want to treat yourself go and have a look. They make you very welcome with a coffee and sometimes cakes. I have been a customer at Renes for over 50 years, going back to when the shop was in the arndale centre and Rene was " in charge." Without exception I have always had excellent, friendly service and good advice. Nothing is too much trouble, as a customer I feel part of the "family". Renes is an amazing place to shop, aside from the amazing collections and wide range of designers, the staff are there to help you. I took my mum for a wedding outfit, she really wanted a particular thing. As soon as she put it on, I saw it was stylish but it wasn’t for her. The sales assistant saw it too. Rather than send her out with it, they spent time, made a fuss, listened to her, asked about the type of wedding, (inside/outside/daytime or night time), her shoes, her bag, hat or fascinator) and worked with her to find the right outfit to suit her shape, size and colouring. My mum is relatively young. The dress and jacket we left with was less than the one we went in for. Mum was delighted and she seemed to walk out taller than when she went in. To me, it was customer service at its best and something we should all experience.

I always find something I love whenever I visit Renes, great range of style and price range whether I’m looking for something specific or just an impromptu treat.
