Welcome to Renes Fashion. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from us online at renesfashion.co.uk and to your use of our website. They don’t affect your statutory rights.

1) Who we are
“Renes”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Renes Fashion (Registered in England & Wales, company number: 07319984; VAT number: 155175759.

2) Ordering & contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order acknowledgement when you check out; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your item(s) and send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel all or part of an order before dispatch (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing/description error is identified, we cannot obtain payment authorisation, or we reasonably suspect fraud). If we cancel, we’ll refund you promptly.
3) Prices, currency & VAT
- Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Non-UK orders. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT will not be charged where not applicable.
- EU orders & IOSS. If we use the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), we collect applicable EU VAT at checkout on eligible EU orders up to €150; no additional VAT should be charged on delivery (local carrier handling fees may still apply). For EU orders above €150—or if IOSS is not used—local VAT/duties will be charged by the carrier on import.
- We may change prices from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price payable at the time of order.
4) Delivery
We ship using reputable carriers. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete: please email [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents.
Late or missing parcels: if your order has not arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier (claims must be raised within the carrier’s permitted window).
Click & Collect (if offered) will be held for a reasonable period; uncollected orders may be refunded and restocked.
5) International orders, customs & refusals
International shipments are delivered DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for complying with local laws and paying any import VAT, customs duties, brokerage and handling fees charged by the carrier.
If you refuse a delivery due to customs charges, we will refund the item price (less any outbound shipping, return shipping, and carrier return fees we incur) once the goods are returned to us in resaleable condition.
6) Your right to cancel (online orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to cancel for any reason.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of posting) to your original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery cost (if charged). We may make a reasonable deduction for any use or handling beyond what’s necessary to check the goods.
Exceptions (non-returnable unless faulty):
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery
- Face coverings/masks
- Sealed cosmetics/toiletries once unsealed
- Personalised, altered or custom items
7) Our store returns policy (in addition to your statutory rights)
We’re happy to accept unworn/unused items in original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Original postage is non-refundable (unless the item is faulty). For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement when we receive and check your return. Please obtain and keep proof of postage; you’re responsible for the goods until they reach us.
How to return:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and items you’re returning.
- Pack items securely and include your order details.
- Post to: Renes, 23/25 Common Garden Street, Lancaster, LA1 1XD, United Kingdom, using a tracked service.
8) Faulty or not-as-described items
If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number, details and photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.
9) Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is normally authorised at checkout and taken on or shortly before dispatch. If an order (or part of it) is cancelled, we’ll refund the relevant amounts to your original payment method.
All card payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full card details.
10) Promotions, discount codes & gift cards
- Promotions and discount codes cannot usually be combined and may exclude certain brands or categories.
- Each promotion has an expiry date and may be withdrawn where permitted.
- Gift cards (if offered) are valid for [e.g., 24 months] from issue, are not exchangeable for cash, and lost/stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
11) Website use & intellectual property
You may print or download content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify materials, remove notices, or use images separately from related text. All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
We aim to keep the website available, but we may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
12) Accuracy, colours & sizing
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and sizing information are accurate. Colours can vary slightly between screens and real life. If you think a description is inaccurate, please tell us and we’ll help.
13) Errors & omissions
We try to ensure all information is correct, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing/description mistakes (with a full refund where applicable).
14) Privacy & data protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use and protect your information, and your rights. For queries, contact [email protected].
15) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, or for business losses (we sell only to consumers).
16) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any purchases are governed by English law. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence if you live outside the UK.
