Best thing about your job
Working with my mummy and all my lovely friends at the shop! We have the best time together. I love greeting customers, making them smile, and, of course, receiving lots and lots of pats, cuddles and kisses. It’s a hard job… but someone has to do it.
Favourite brand in store
Chalk and Never Fully Dressed; they even make clothes for me! I get asked to model them all the time (I’m very professional about it).
Red or white wine?
Neither, thank you, I much prefer fresh water… and occasionally a little milk. Milk is good for my teeth and my bones.
Which colours suit you best?
My mum says I’m lucky because almost every colour suits me. I have a big collection of collars and bandanas, and I look fabulous in all of them.
Best thing about your job
I simply love it. I had great plans for retirement… which quickly turned into “I’ll come in and help,” then “I’m available whenever you need me.” After spending most of my working life at Renes, I realised this place is woven into who I am. So many of our customers and colleagues are now lifelong friends, and being part of the Renes journey still feels completely natural. Tiffany is my cousin and we’ve always been close, so carrying on in the family business just makes perfect sense.
Favourite brand in store
As part of the brand-selection team, I have a soft spot for all of them for different reasons; we put a lot of thought into every choice. If I had to choose, I’d say Joseph Ribkoff for something elegant and dressed up, and Never Fully Dressed for an easy go-to… but honestly, picking one is impossible!
Red or white wine?
A nicely chilled Sauvignon Blanc is my favourite; refreshing and uplifting. But if someone offers a lovely citrus cocktail, I’m certainly not saying no!
Which colours suit you best?
I often lean towards black because it’s chic, timeless and effortless. But I do enjoy the occasional splash of colour. I’m usually more of a block-colour girl than a pattern lover.
Best thing about your job?
Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and building real connections. I love that a simple shopping trip can turn into a great conversation, it’s one of the joys of working at Renes.

Joseph Ribkoff, elegant, flattering, and full of personality. It’s a brand that really understands how women want to feel.

I prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there are so many amazing options now, and they always keep me feeling fresh.
Which colours suit you best?
Black is my go-to (I adore it!), but when I’m feeling bold, purple is the colour that makes me feel fabulous.
Hobbies outside of work?
Spending time with my grandchildren, enjoying meals out, and taking long walks with my dog Reggie, he keeps me on my toes and always makes me smile.

I love helping women build a wardrobe that makes them feel like the very best version of themselves, whether it’s a special-occasion outfit, a curated capsule wardrobe, or an on-trend piece that keeps you looking current and confident.

I enjoy both red and white… and I’m equally happy with a gin and tonic or a martini!

Burgundy and green are my standout shades, but I also love a sleek monochrome look and often gravitate toward black for its elegance.
Hobbies outside of work
Walking on the fells, cooking, and spending time with my children and friends, the perfect balance of fresh air, creativity and good company.
Best thing about your job?
Being part of such a fabulous, creative team and helping customers discover pieces that make them feel amazing. I love working with beautiful clothing and collections every day, it never feels like “just a job.”

White… or Rosé… or Prosecco! I’m not fussy when bubbles are involved.

I’m famous for defaulting to black, it’s timeless, and always makes me feel confident.
Hobbies outside of work?
Exploring the Lake District on long hikes, and unwinding at the cinema. Fresh air and a good film are my perfect reset.
